We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean PSE Credit Union, Inc.

This is our privacy notice for our members. When we use the words "you" and "your" we mean the following types of members:

We will tell you the sources of the information we collect about you. We will tell you what measures we take to secure that information.

We first define some terms.

Nonpublic personal information means information about you that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources, such as telephone directories or government records. Hereafter, we will use the term "information" to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.
An affiliate is a company we own or control.
A nonaffiliated third party is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours. This is also known as nonaffiliated third party, or simply, an "other party."

We do not disclose information about former members, except as permitted by law.

We may disclose the following information to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements:

You do not have a right to opt out of the disclosure of this information.

State Limitations

AL, AK, CA, ID and VT - We will not share this information about members who reside in Alabama, Alaska, California, Idaho or Vermont.

MA, MS and NJ - We will not share any information derived from share relationships with us about members who reside in Massachusetts, Mississippi or New Jersey.

Types of Businesses

We may disclose information pursuant to joint marketing agreements with other financial service providers such as Insurance companies.

PRIVACY ONLINE

Your privacy, security and service, when online, are as important to us as when you use the rest of our services. For this reason, we employ all of the safeguards mentioned above, along with the following Internet-specific practices.

PSE Credit Union, Inc. uses a variety of proven protections to preserve the security of your on-line session. We make extensive use of firewall barriers, encryption techniques and authentication procedures. To aid you in your site navigation and to personalize your experience on our site we may also place cookies and similar files (for security purposes) on your hard drive.

When you visit PSE Credit Union's Internet site(s), we may collect technical and navigational information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and average time spent on our web site(s). This information may be used to alert you to software compatibility issues or it may be analyzed to improve our web design and functionality.

Offsite Links and E-mail: PSE Credit Union, Inc. does not regularly check the contents of the links provided to sites outside of its own. These links are neither supported by nor endorsed by PSECU. They are only provided as a service to our members. If you encounter anything that you find to be questionable, please e-mail the webmaster at chris@ibccs.com.

For security reasons, it is the practice of the credit union to never ask for your password, account number, social security number or any other personally identifiable information via our general e-mail system. If you receive an e-mail requesting this type of information or any other suspicious looking e-mail, please do not click on any link within the e-mail message and contact the credit union immediately at 440-545-5147.
